since 01/2019, an ongoing reconstruction of 2nd floor apartments and a loft conversion
since 01/2020, we are planning a reconstruction of a studio situated on the ground floor of the house, including the restoration of its gothic and baroque wooden beam ceiling; backyard and garden alteration, including the construction of minor building objects.
